Level 1 -Firearm Safety and Foundational Skills 2 Hour Training

In Level 1 of the EmpowHER Firearm Training Course, students will build a solid foundation in firearm safety, responsible gun ownership, and shooting fundamentals. This session covers the four universal firearm safety rules, proper firearm handling, stance, grip, and trigger control. Participants will gain a clear understanding of situational awareness, recognizing potential threats, and developing a defensive mindset. The live-fire portion of the course allows students to apply what they’ve learned by practicing controlled, accurate shooting under the guidance of certified instructors. Whether you are new to firearms or looking to refine your skills, Level 1 ensures you leave feeling confident and competent with your handgun.

Level 2 - Concealed Carry and Tactical Shooting 2 Hour Training

Level 2 focuses on concealed carry techniques and tactical shooting. This session teaches women how to safely and effectively draw from a concealed holster, engage threats under stress, and utilize cover and concealment. Students will develop combat accuracy, learning to shoot quickly and efficiently while maintaining control. The course also includes shooting from different positions, reloading under pressure, and malfunction clearing. By the end of Level 2, participants will be comfortable carrying concealed and confident in their ability to react in real-world self-defense situations.

Level 3 takes firearm training beyond the range and into real-world applications. This course is designed to simulate actual threats women may encounter in daily life, including active shooter situations, home invasions, and attacks in public spaces such as malls and restaurants. Students will learn how to identify exits, assess threats, and react effectively under high-stress conditions. The training will cover shooting from seated positions, engaging threats in crowded environments, and responding to attacks while moving. Emphasis will be placed on decision-making, situational awareness, and understanding the appropriate use of force. By the end of Level 3, students will have practical, hands-on experience that translates directly to real-life personal protection.
